Lync Phone Edition and Lync Qualified Devices (Polycom VVX) do not have Safe Transfer capability built into the devices and therefore don't support Safe Transfer. Attendant Pro supports Safe Transfer as long as the device has support for it and it's Better Together implementation supports it.
