1. Test Lync/Skype4b environment according to Microsoft’s recommendations.

  2. Incoming external call > Blind transfer to Voicemail

  3. Incoming external call > safe transfer to Skype4b enabled user. Do not pick up the call. Verify that it returns to Attendant Pro on hold.

  4. Incoming external call > consult transfer

  5. Place an external call on hold > Call an internal user > merge held call with current call.

  6. Park an external call and retrieve the call

  7. Enter personal contact note for contact

  8. Search for contact by DID or extension.

  9. Add a contact to a contact group

  10. Open a user's calendar from the contact card

  11. Start an IM from a contact card

  12. Change your presence to "Do not disturb" > then "Reset Status"

  13. Test the "Answer" keyboard shortcut.
