Note: This feature only works in Enterprise Edition.
To configure which users can change other user's presence & note a permissions file (ssadminpermisions.txt) is used.
The SSAdminPermissions.txt file located at this location on the server:
C:\Program Files\Landis Technologies LLC\SefaUtilServer\
This file is in JSON format. A great way to modify JSON is http://www.jsoneditoronline.org/
You can define Admin, Users & Operations. Each one is hierarchical & increasingly more fine grained granularity.
Admin: This is a list of users who can change other user settings. If no users are designated this user can change all users.
Users: If users are designated the Admin can only change these users. If no Operations are noted, all Operations are allowed.
