1. Options window | Transfer tab | Enable Transfer Adviser.

2. Verify that Attendant Pro is connected to Exchange Web Services (EWS).  

        Options | Configuration Information tab | EWS Status.  

            If the Attendant Pro user's mailbox is hosted in Exchange Online, some additional configuration is needed:

2. If shared Transfer Adviser data is needed for multiple Attendant Pro users, Use a Central Notes Mailbox:

3. (Optional) Connect to Dynamics 365/CRM for more relevant data in Transfer Adviser. 

        Options | Configuration Information Tab | Connect to Dynamics 365 button.
