If consult transfers are failing in Attendant Pro, it is possible to perform same consult transfer in the Skype for Business client to test if the issue stems from Attendant Pro or your Skype for Business environment.

(The consult button in the Skype for Business client does not perform the same consult transfer process as Attendant Pro. The Consult button disconnects the consultee call and performs a blind transfer.)


1. Close Attendant Pro

2. Answer Inbound Call:

3. Initiate a call to consultee. The initial call will be placed on hold.

4. After speaking with the Consultee, select the call options button on the initial call window and then select "transfer".

5. On the "Transfer Call" window, select the consultee conversation and then select the "Transfer Now" button.
