The RGS Agent Groups panel is designed to work without any configuration on domain joined computers on an internal network. When Attendant Pro is used on an external network, the following configurations need to be made:

  1. Open the Options window | Configuration Information Tab | Enter the appropriate FQDN in the "Skype for Business Web Services FQDN" field. For example
  2. Under UCWA settings, enter the user's SIP address in the "Alternate SIP Address" field. Click the "Set Credentials" Button and enter the user's credentials.
  3. Restart Attendant Pro.
