Yes: Is the contact in E. 164 format?

Yes: Test calling same number in Teams web client. Are you able to initiate the call and does the call connect?
No: This is a Teams environment issue. Please contact your Teams Administrator.
Yes: Collect Teams Attendant Console logs and create a support ticket.
Inbound Calls:
Is the call able to be answered in the Teams web client?
No: This is a Teams environment issue. Please contact your Teams Administrator.
Yes: Is the call a PSTN or Internal call?
Internal: Is the call initiated from a Teams Native endpoint? (Teams desktop client, Teams mobile app, Teams handset etc.)
No: 3PIP and SIP gateway devices will not work with Landis Attendant Console due to Microsoft limitations.
Yes: Collect Teams Attendant Console logs and create a support ticket.
PSTN: Is the environment utilizing Microsoft Calling plans or Direct Routing?

Direct Routing: Is Skype for Business Hybrid enabled?
Yes: Verify call are routed through direct routing and not Skype for Business onprem to Teams (Unsupported)
No: Is media bypass enabled?
No: Collect Landis Attendant Console logs and create a support ticket.
Yes: Teams Attendant Console currently does not work with media bypass due to Microsoft limitations.
