1. If Landis Attendant Console is still running, select the X button on the top right corner.
  2. Open the Run dialog box by pressing the Windows logo key image +R.
  3. In the Run dialog box, enter %appdata%\Landis Attendant Console, and then select OK.
  4. Delete all files and folders in the %appdata%\Landis Attendant Console directory.
  5. Restart Landis Attendant Console.
