- If Landis Attendant Console is still running, select the X button on the top right corner.
- Open the Run dialog box by pressing the Windows logo key +R.
- In the Run dialog box, enter %appdata%\Landis Attendant Console, and then select OK.
- Delete all files and folders in the %appdata%\Landis Attendant Console directory.
- Restart Landis Attendant Console.
