1. Verify that you are using the latest version of the Landis Attendant Console desktop app. (https://ac.docs.landis.cloud/download)


2. Verify that you are using the latest public version of the Teams Desktop client. (Suppression may not work with Teams Preview or early access versions of Teams)


3. Verify that the “Suppress Teams Notifications” setting has been enabled in Landis Attendant Console and restart Landis Attendant Console.


4. Confirm that your text size is set to 100% in your System settings and Teams settings.

5. Confirm that the language set in Landis Attendant Console matches the language set in the Teams desktop client.

6. Close Landis Attendant Console and delete everything inside this folder if it exists:

Open Landis Attendant Console and test.

7. Open task manager > details tab. Verify WindowHandler.exe is running. If it is not running, check if any security software is blocking the application.
